What Is GreatFX

I've been asked this question many times throughout the course of business. This small section addresses what the "GreatFX" means.

It began when I first developed this website and named it "BCT" short for "Business Card Templates". Not too long after I named the company, I discovered that there was already a "BCT" out there (Business Cards Tomorrow, Inc). I was forced to switch names.

Within a few days I decided on keeping the short 3 letter combination changing it to "GFX", short for "Grafix". Unfortunately I ran into another brick wall when two months later I was contacted by a company named "GFX Printing" and asked to change my name.

Frustrated, but not defeated, I decided on keeping the "GFX" but changing the G to "Great" and using the FX to represent "Effects". I felt this combo captured the true essence of what customers will see when they start marketing with more effective business cards... "Great Effects".
