I selected this card for use of the background colors which match frontside to backside. I also like the sales information that Lauren included on the backside. She lets the holder know that MFS is more than a service, it is a solution to a problem. In her own words: “Creating the card was very easy to do. The software was very user friendly and I enjoyed using it. Being a perfectionist, it took me 3-4 hours to get the final product, but it turned out great. I was extremely happy with the outcome and I can’t wait to get them in the mail. I chose this business card for the use of color on the front and backside. The golden lettering really stands out against the black background along with the logo uploaded on the backside. Jesse successfully uploaded his own photo to the front of the card making these cards uniquely his own. In his own words: “I had previously been using a local company to provide my business cards. I started looking online when it was time to reorder to view other options. Out of all the websites I visited, GreatFX stood head and shoulders above the competition. The online design studio was very easy to use, and it was simple to achieve professional results. In just under an hour I had created exactly what I had wanted. It could have taken days with my old provider. GreatFX’s response time for editing was also much faster than anticipated. I selected this card for DOTW because of the use of font colors on the frontside. They work extremely well with the orange motorcycle background to create an eye-catching business card for Jim’s insurance company. The card has a fun look and feel to it, which is perfect since his company insures fun toys like ATVs, snowmobiles and motorcycles. In his own words: “I just wanted to let you know I was so excited when I found your web site. There was a awesome selection of templates and fonts, it was a breeze to design whatever I could dream up. I am so pleased with this card, I have a new marketing plan to try to sell more motorcycle insurance. I know it will stand out! I took about a half an hour looking through different backgrounds, until I came across this motorcycle. I immediately knew this was what I was looking for, and before I knew it I came up with this card. The whole process took me about an hour, in-between phone calls and customers coming in. I had a lot of fun putting this together. I am so pleased with this card, I have a new marketing plan in place to sell more motorcycle insurance. I selected this business card for the excellent addition of a local map and the NovoCo logo. The local map was uploaded onto the card as a background with the logo and text stacked on top of it. On the back side, the orange background continues the color scheme from the logo on the front side. Well done Marialice! In her own words: “I am an amateur when it comes to graphics, actually a novice to be truthful. Using your site was a breeze. I’ve been to several other sites and many of them expect you know what you are doing or have the resources to hire someone to format your card then expect you to send the info to them to be duplicated. Your site is different. It allows you to experiment with different looks without hoping everything will be correctly formatted. My business has to do with brokering freight around the country and what better way that to say it with a business card that uses a map as a background. I downloaded a local map of my area and used the capture feature in Adobe to save a piece of the map. Then I used Paintshop Pro and manipulated the picture to your specifications as posted on your site. The rest was just a matter of messing around with which fonts, sizes and colors that would look best which were all provided on your page. Your system made creating the card fun, with lots of options and graphics to choose from. Believe me it took me a little while to figure out how to “capture” my custom uploaded image since this was all new to me, but once I did, the design possibilities were endless.” –Marialice L.
