I selected Kelly’s card due to the the pink company name in large script lettering that nicely contrasts the blue and yellow daisy background. Down at the bottom she listed her website in pink which helps it stand out from the rest of the text.

On the backside she gives the company concept that includes the clothes she does and does not accept. This will help spread the word about what type of store this is and will also cut down on the number of people brining in unsuitable items. Word of mouth + Efficiency = More Sales.

“I am honored that you have chosen my business card to feature on your web site. I found your site to be very user friendly, and I particularly liked the fact that you offered so many different options in the design process. It made my task of making a business card so much more enjoyable!

This card immediately jumped out at me due to the the colors on the front and back sides of the card. The neon pink and green pop behind the black text while the leaopard print on the backside makes this card anything but “plane jane”!

In her own words…

“I am flattered that you like the design of my card. I wanted something that reflected fashion with a little bit of spunk in it. Initially, I wanted to put a picture of my store on the front but decided that might take too long so chose one of the graphics that you already had in the ‘beauty’ section. It was all done in about 20 minutes. Very easy.

I am looking forward to receiving the cards!”

I like this card due to the large photo on the frontside. Dan’s information is prominately displayed on the right side in bold white lettering against the dark blue background.

On the backside, I like the script font Dan chose to deliver his message of referral and thanks.

In his own words…

“I designed another card on your site some time last year, and I liked your online design “studio” beacause it was not only easy to use, but very flexible.

I really didn’t know what I wanted my new card to look like, and as I fiddled with your design tools I came up with lots of different ideas and finally settled on this one. I then spent a lot of time tweaking colors, font sizes, picture size, etc. I appreciated being able to change the picture size very easily and to be able to nudge it into different postions on the card with ease.

The flexibility of your design studio allowed me to easily change font sizes for individual lines (like the cell phone line) without messing up everything else, (unlike other online design studios out there)

I’ll be back to Great FX when I need new cards.”
